For more than 30 years, I've been building businesses, solving problems, and finding better ways of doing things.
I am a business owner, consultant, and problem solver who thrives on helping businesses overcome challenges, improve performance, and unlock sustainable growth. Whilst my background is firmly rooted in logistics, fulfilment, and ecommerce, my experience over the years has expanded into business strategy, operations, automation, AI, marketing, and growth across a wide range of industries.
Unlike many consultants, my experience doesn't come from textbooks or theoretical business models. It comes from over three decades of building businesses, solving problems, taking risks, making mistakes, and learning what genuinely works in the real world.
My business journey began in the logistics sector, where I co-founded Mission Despatch, a same day courier company that grew to become one of London's most respected operators before being successfully acquired by Santis Global in 2021. The experience of building a business from the ground up, creating value, leading teams, and ultimately achieving a successful exit provided lessons that continue to shape everything I do today.
Today, I am Co-Founder of Mission Logix, a thriving ecommerce fulfilment and third party logistics provider that supports brands ranging from ambitious start ups to established ecommerce businesses. I am also Co-Founder of The Brand Hangar, a specialist fulfilment business serving premium and contemporary fashion brands where customer experience, presentation, and operational excellence are every bit as important as efficiency.
Alongside my business interests, I co-founded M&P Consultants with my long term business partner, Paul Witkover. We formed the consultancy after years of helping fellow business owners navigate challenges and identify opportunities for growth. We recognised that many business owners wanted practical advice from people who had actually built and operated successful businesses themselves.
A large proportion of my consultancy work focuses on ecommerce brands, fulfilment providers, logistics businesses, and third party logistics operators. However, my wider business experience has enabled me to work with a diverse range of companies across many sectors. These include fashion brands, drinks companies, subscription businesses, tattoo studios, creative agencies, professional services businesses, and owner managed SMEs.
I also work closely with agencies operating in the creator and influencer space, helping them develop operational strategies, implement automation, improve fulfilment processes, and build scalable foundations for growth. Having worked alongside numerous founder led brands, I understand the unique challenges that fast growing businesses often face.
My strengths lie in identifying opportunities, simplifying complexity, and turning ideas into practical action. Whether it's improving operations, implementing systems, introducing automation, developing growth strategies, reducing costs, or helping business owners make difficult decisions with confidence, I enjoy finding solutions that deliver real results.
I have a particular passion for AI, automation, operational efficiency, and business systems. I firmly believe that many businesses work far harder than they need to because they are constrained by outdated processes and inefficient ways of working. Helping businesses work smarter rather than simply harder has become a major focus of my work.
Above all else, I am passionate about business and the people behind it. I enjoy working with ambitious business owners, sharing the lessons I've learned over three decades, and helping others avoid costly mistakes while accelerating their growth.

Outside of business, I have a lifelong passion for sport and the outdoors.
I am a semi-professional football referee operating within the Women's National League and also serve as a Senior County Match Official with Berks & Bucks FA. Refereeing at this level demands, discipline, decision making under pressure, and the ability to manage challenging situations, skills that translate surprisingly well into business.
Away from the football pitch, I enjoy staying active, spending time outdoors, travelling, and following a wide range of sports. Whether it's football, boxing or motorsport I've always had a keen interest in sport and the values it promotes, particularly teamwork, resilience, commitment, and continuous improvement.
Above all, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and maintaining a healthy balance between business, sport, and personal life.
