Summary
I’m Mark, founder of Pebble Professional Development, based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. As a specialist ADHD coach, I work with adults—diagnosed or not—helping them better understand how their brain works and find practical tools to thrive, rather than just cope.
Whether you're battling task paralysis, feeling overwhelmed, or struggling with organisation, emotional regulation or confidence, my coaching is designed to meet you exactly where you are. You're not broken—you’re just wired differently, and that’s okay.
Anything Sound Familiar?
✔️ Losing track of time. Sitting down to do one task, only to look up hours later and realise the day has disappeared.
✔️ Starting lots of projects but struggling to finish them. Feeling full of ideas and energy at the beginning, but hitting a wall when it comes to finishing.
✔️ Getting easily distracted. Even when something matters to you, your focus can slip the moment something else grabs your attention.
✔️ Forgetting appointments, deadlines, or small details. No matter how many reminders you set, things still slip through the cracks.
✔️ Finding it hard to stay organised. Piles of paperwork, unfinished to-do lists, or a constant feeling that you’re chasing your tail.
✔️ Feeling restless or unable to switch your brain off. Your body might sit still, but your mind keeps racing with thoughts and ideas.
✔️ Overthinking small mistakes. Replaying conversations or emails in your head and being far harder on yourself than anyone else would be.
✔️ Struggling to prioritise. When everything feels urgent, it’s difficult to know where to start, leaving you feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
✔️ Putting things off until the last minute. Finding yourself in a cycle of procrastination, then powering through under intense pressure.
✔️ Feeling capable and creative, but frustrated. Knowing you have the ability, but feeling blocked when ADHD gets in the way of showing it.
Who I Work With
I support people aged 18 and over, whether they have an ADHD diagnosis or simply relate to the traits. My coaching is always centred around the person — not the label or the problem. We work together to find approaches that reduce stress and help life feel more manageable, one step at a time.
The people I coach come from a wide mix of backgrounds. They include business owners, managers, leaders in organisations, authors, creatives, entrepreneurs, and fellow coaches.
I also advise organisations on how to support neurodiverse staff. This includes working with leadership teams, heads of service, and HR to create coaching-led environments where people can thrive.
