I have worked in the IT sector as a Sales professional, transformed and managed a Wholesale Distribution business and for the past year I have been a professional property investor. I have a desire to develop a large portfolio of properties around the UK providing a constant stream of passive income to afford me time to work on some of the larger challenges in the world.
I currently work with a few cash flow strategies and hope to develop into some higher risk higher reward arenas, where I can utilise my knowledge of the market to provide other sophisticated investors with a return on their investments far in excess of what is currently available from any of the high street banks or more conventional investment vehicles.
I currently buy property in Leeds and am always keen to hear of new opportunities.
I provide solutions for people who may want to sell quickly due to changes in circumstances such as redundancy and emigration and retiring or distressed landlords. I also like to meet people who don’t have time to take up property opportunities themselves, and therefore wish to become indirectly investors.
