Summary
I'm a medical doctor, coach and consultant working with high-achieving women — particularly mothers in leadership and high-responsibility roles — on the physiological and psychological cost of chronic overperformance.
For the past 17 years I've worked in high-pressure clinical environments where sustained performance, complex decision-making and emotional responsibility are daily reality. I also know first-hand how capability, achievement and reliability can quietly come at the expense of rest, clarity and self-trust.
My work supports women who are outwardly coping, successful and highly capable — yet internally carrying chronic stress, invisible mental load and over-responsibility that conventional productivity advice doesn't reach.
Drawing on my medical training, coaching practice and applied understanding of nervous system regulation and stress physiology, I work with the whole person — respecting the intelligence and resilience already there while helping clients rebuild internal capacity, restore self-trust and develop more sustainable ways of leading and performing.
Rather than treating burnout as something to "fix," my work addresses the patterns underneath: why high-functioning women keep paying the same hidden cost, and what it takes to succeed without it.
I'm available for speaking engagements on the physiological and psychological cost of chronic overperformance, the mental load of caregiving, nervous system health, and the realities of ambition in demanding environments.
