To demonstrate confidence, conviction and integrity as we speak just remember “eyes and smiles.”

People communicate most effectively when the eye contact between them is at their personal comfort level.

During interviews 60-80% of the time is about right in most Western Cultures.

When we communicate, the message is 7% words, 38% how they are said and 55% body language.

For body language the most important aspect is facial expression.

For facial expression the most important aspect is, yes, you guessed it “eyes and smiles."
