Many of us have career aspirations that may seem impossible to achieve, but if you use the “top down approach” you are much more likely to succeed.

As for any journey, one of the first tasks is to know where our starting point is: only then can we plan the route we need to take in order to reach the destination.  So what is this “top down approach”?

Objective - write down your career aspiration;
Goal - define it very specifically;
Plan - define a detailed plan of action;
Action - put in the work and be persistent;
Focus - keep your focus on your objective;
Review - review progress weekly with your coach.

What may seem impossible can happen!
