This is the opposite of what we all need.
Why do people disengage?

Making mistakes
Vulnerability
Rejection

Beliefs
The list goes on.
We must stop being so British with our emotions, suppressing emotions leads to Mental Health.
Release your fears and demons, stand in your truth because we hurt others less when we talk from the heart with confidence, less misunderstandings and more fulfillment happens.
Disengagement is rude, full stop, people are shutting down their emotions, wrong tool!
That is not manners.
Stop being in your head compassion heals all.
