It's not what you do, it's how you think about what you do that makes the difference.

But don’t take too much time with the thinking part, because only when you do something or make something happen is there anything available to make the difference!

It’s the difference, no matter how small, that will make the difference to someone’s life, to your career, to your employer’s business, to the charity you support, to your life.

Don’t dwell on the thinking stage too long or you’ll run the risk of relaxing into a comfort zone and postponing the doing. Use the thinking time instead to think positively about the results your actions will achieve: this will increase your passion for what you do and it will give you even greater motivation to get going! #proteuscareermanagement #coaching #inspiration #mentoring
