• UK Dates confirmed for unique Leadership Reboot Residential

After requests to make our unique Adventurous Leadership Retreat in Iceland more accessible, we're now offering a programme in the UK - based at the wonderful Walwick Hall Hotel in rural Northumberland, with its easy access via air, train and automobile!!

Our programme is based on JFA's Adventurous Leadership model and we're delighted to announce that we shall have Polar Explorer, Felicity Aston MBE, supporting the programme.

So, I'm thrilled to confirm the first 2023 residential dates: 13-16th March. We'll be kick starting with a group meal on the Monday evening, and will have a late afternoon departure on the Thursday.

In the fantastic Northumberland countryside with its wonderful vistas, our 'work base' provides our key requisite - the 'outside-in', with two glass walls allowing sunlight and landscapes to permeate our working environment. Why? To deliver that all important inspiration, to promote colleagues' wellbeing and to encourage different and creative thinking to solve challenges.

And with mini adventures strategically delivered throughout the three days - well we are a stone's throw away from Hadrian's Wall, and in an area of 'Dark Skies' with Kielder Observatory about an hour away, the three days will not only offer the opportunity for CEOs, business owners, directors, executives and other decision makers to network with their peers to explore challenges and their leadership approach; it will enable them to be re-charged, re-energised and re-inspired ... to go back to their organisation and lead their people with gusto; a 'spirit of adventure', galvanising their staff and navigating them positively through their change journey.

Colleagues will definitely experience a unique 'out-of-office' experience, through our creative blend of professional learning and personal development that includes small group work and 1-2-1 support.

Our venue also offers our delegates total exclusivity, having only 10 bedrooms. And, we're proud to promote a sustainable approach, supporting the rural community through the use of local and home-grown produce, as well using local professional services.

Our residential leadership programme will definitely offer colleagues a place to 'breathe in and breathe out' - to reboot and reset one's Leadership for 2023.
