Should I wait?
I don't spend my time trying to predict the property market.
I spend it trying to negotiate better deals.
Because one of those things is actually within my control.
Every week I speak to people waiting for the "right time."
Meanwhile, opportunities come and go.
Good properties get sold.
Strong rental income gets missed.
Years pass.
I'm much more interested in buying well than waiting well.
That's how I've always looked at property.
