Every time your body feels calm, grounded, and safe, your brain responds by creating clearer thoughts, better emotional regulation, and stronger behavioural choices. That’s not just mindset that’s autonomic nervous system training.
My ritual? Hiking, Outdoor yoga and time with horses. These are my neural exercises, what I call ventral vagal strengthening practices designed to activate the two-way communication between body and brain through the Vagus nerve. This is the foundation of how we stay composed, empathetic, and focused especially in uncertainty, pressure, or change.
