Grief is thick enough to slice today.
Even up here in Scotland where many do not give a hoot... people paused and honoured one fine lady's lifetime achievement. For most of us, we only ever knew one Monarch and have little to compare it with.
She might have not revolutionised the system and who really knows maybe it's due a little upgrade. She touches many hearts and also mine as a gracious, constant, kind face to this country, contrary to our mixed bag of leaders she was steadfast, royally frugal and settled within herself and her beliefs.
WHAT TO DO?
If you find being pulled by your heart string today may I invite you to pause and gently surround your ring finger with the fingers of the other hand, no squeezing just holding and practising being present with it, breathe for a while and give you meridian system the digests grief a little hand.
Deep grief is not something to shortcut, it needs to be digested and that might take the time it needs. Adding digestive enzymes like coaching or energy medicine helps up break it down into smaller chunks so we do not choke on it.
want to explore... try another finger do you notice any differences...?
